Although negotiation and mediation are sometimes appropriate and less time consuming alternatives to trial, I am a stern believer in our right to access to the American court system. Therefore, if an agreement cannot be reached, or the State refused to consider all the evidence or lack thereof, I will not hesitate to go to trial.
